From Spring 2019, Kant’s Academy is offering 10, Renewed Programs:
The personal development branch:
1) Logic and Analytic Thinking
 The aim of the course is to develop the students’ logical, analytical and creative thinking skills. During the program, the students will learn different techniques related to Reasoning and Memory such as: Speed reading, mnemonic, logical fallacies and critical thinking.

2) Effective Communications:.
The participants of the “Effective Communications” Program will learn techniques in Personal Development, Communication, Persuasion, Self-Motivation, Public Speaking and Effective Presentation.

3) Emotional Intelligence and Self-Regulation
The aim of the “Emotional Intelligence and Self-Regulation” is to develop its participants’ abilities in Empathy, Emotion Control, Self-Regulation, Stress and Anger Management, Self-Regulation, Self-Motivation, Empathy and Talent Management.

4) Creative Intelligence and Literary Reflexes
The “Creative Intelligence and Literary Reflexes” program will develop the participants’: Critical and Analytical Thinking, Creative Intelligence, Visualization, Argumentation and debating skills. The program will allow them to learn about different literary thinkers and their opinions about the world, to be more open-minded towards literature and to cultivate their skills in creative interpretation.

Coaching and Strategies to Success

The “Coaching and Strategies to Success” will allow its students, to develop professional and personal life-related goals, to come up with effective strategies for success, to find self-esteem and their emotional balance, to get over their fear of communication and to become more confident in themselves and their capabilities.

6) Leadership and Diplomacy
The participants of the “Leadership and Diplomacy” module will receive technical, as well as, practical knowledge in Modern Diplomacy, International Relations and the Art of Negotiations, Leadership and Management. The students of the module will learn about Embassies and International Organizations through practical simulations.

7) Politics and Justice:
The aim of the course is to foster the skills necessary for effectively running a government through teaching the students basic principles of governance, as well as Policy Analysis and implementation.

 

8) Business and Technology
The students of the program will learn how to generate innovative ideas and develop them into businesses. The participants will learn about: Global innovations, modern business and entrepreneurial techniques, group dynamics and project management.

9)  PR, Branding and Marketing
The aim of the program is to teach its students the diverse categories of brands, the basics of Branding, effective techniques in Public Relations and strategically planning how to effectively present your brand.

10) Management and Project Planning

The participants of the “Management and Project Planning” program, will learn General Management, Time Management, How to effectively Plan and Manage a project, the financial analysis of a project, Business Protocol, Social Etiquette, as well as Risk and Crisis Management.

 

Lectures will be held twice a week, amounting to 8 lectures per month. There will also be an additional masterclass in a governmental institution.

The monthly cost of the program is 260 Lari. Deferred Payment can be made via TBC Bank with 0% interest.
