MAREKHI GVARAMADZE
MarekhiGvaramadze is 28 years old. Currently holds B.A in International Relations and has M.A in Public Policy & Administration at her disposal. From 2012 to 2013 she has worked at Prime Minister Administration and founded Georgian Youth Parliament, with up to 3000 participants throughout the year. In different times shecollaborated with a variety of international organizations, including UNDP, Konrad Adenauer Foundation, the EU delegation to Georgia, the Embassy of the United States, etc. From 2008 to present she has participated in various international educational initiatives including programs in the United States of America, Netherlands, Belgium, France and Czech Republic. In 2015, MarekhiGvaramadze founded an educational platform called Kant’s Academy, which represents the leading weekend school in the domain of non-formal education today. In present, she is IMUNA (International Model United Nations Association) councilorin New York. MarekhiGvaramadze is utterly involved in the sphere of education to empowerchanges and boost up the inspiration for the new generation. MarekhiGvaramadze impeccably combines her family life and career, considering the ability to do so as one of her vital achievements. She is a mother of two, focuses on success and moves forward towards her goals. Marekhi reckons that her achievements up to date are just a small piece of the success she expects to gain afterwards. She plans to promote innovations in the sphere of education and views education as the catalyst of success.
GIORGI TAKTAKISHVILI
George Taktakishvili received higher education in history, political sciences and public governance. He holds B.A in human sciences (IvaneJavakhishvili Tbilisi State University) and M.A from Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (GIPA). From 2008, George is actively involved in Georgia’s sociopolitical life, possesses a decade-long experience in youth’s sphere. He has worked in the domain of public communication management. In different times George has worked in the PR department of the Parliament of Georgia as a media manager, monitoring division of Georgian Oil and Gas Corporation, has been the board member of Georgian Youth Parliament administration and the head of PR department. From 2015 to 2016 George Taktakishvili held the position of youth policy thematic group head at Municipal Development Fund of Georgia (MDF), afterwards worked as the head of “State for the People” youth organization. At the same time was a member of counselling board at the president administration. From 2009 to present George has participated in various local and international projects and has been an author/organizer of several projects himself. George Taktakishvili is a graduate of European Crossroad Political Academy (2012-2013) and Georgian Foundation for Strategic and International Studies’ political school (2010-2011). He is interested in public relations and lectures on the same topic. George Taktakishvili has received an honorable award in civil education from the European Union.
KAKHI LOBJANIDZE
Kakhi Lobjanidze was born in Tbilisi, graduated from Robert Schuman European School and Caucasus University, faculty of public governance. Kakhi took up his first job at an early age, 16: he worked as a janitor at Tbil Service Group. Kakhidistinguished himself with a high level of enthusiasm and always believed that he could achieve success through hard work. He has also worked in various companies in the sales department. Kakhi has worked as a chief advisor of G.M at Tbilisi Central Library, whilst embodying plenty of successful projects. In 2016, Kakhiwas enrolled in International Sales Institute and got a job at the leading Georgian systematic integrator company, Orient Logic. In 2018, Kakhi started his job as the head of sales department at the biggest Georgian weekend school and educational platform, Kant’s Academy. From the spring of 2018, he has been actively involved in the Georgia-China expanding economic relations as management department member in Georgian-Chinese company “Kart-Veli”. According to Kakhi, never have we ever lived under such workable conditions. Thus he is utterly involved in the development of Georgian business. His lifelong interest in politics urged him to graduate from the GIPA political school. Kakhi constantly cares about his education, actively participates in different trainings and workshops inside the borders of Georgia and in several advanced countries. Kakhi plans to level up his degree abroad in the near future. The development of his country inspires Kakhi and helps him to maintain positive attitude.
ELENE GAMEZARDASHVILI
Elene Gamezardashvili is the program manager at Kant’s Academy. She has a long-term work experience in journalism and PR at her disposal. Elene has worked as a journalist at First Channel’s “Moambe” for three years. She has major experience in working with press and the news agencies. Elene got her experience in PR, whilst working in PR department at Election Administration of Georgia. Elene also held the position of PR coordinator at Georgian Young Constitutionalists’ Association. In different times she has completed crucial qualification courses and series of trainings. Elene Gamezardashvili has also been involved in different educational projects.
MIRANDA GABUNIA
Miranda Gabunia from 2015 to 2018 has worked as an audit for colleague work quality and promotion manager at the Ministry of Justice of Georgia, National Bureau of Enforcement. She has also worked at the same place as an advisor. From 2012 to 2015 Miranda has worked as the chief of human resources management department at the Ministry of Justice of Georgia’s National Archive. From 2009 to 2010 she has been a representative of communication group at AIESEC Georgia. In 2010, Miranda has represented Georgian organization “AIESEC Poland” for two months, where lectured the students and school undergraduates on career planning. She has participated in three sessions of European Youth Parliament as a delegate and has had speeches during Parliamentary sessions. At the same time with an intention to level up her qualification, she participated in such global educational organizations and Georgian public institutions as SIDA, DAAD, DBB Academy, HR Professionals Guild, Konrad Adenauer Foundation, Warsaw Culture University, International Black Sea University, Training Center of Justice of Georgia and Civil Service Bureau. From 2007 to present Miranda has taken part in a great number of student conferences. She received B.A in human sciences from IvaneJavakhishvili Tbilisi State University and holds M.A in Tbilisi State University Research Institute in Interdisciplinary English Program – European Studies. Considering the fact that she has always regarded the activism in educational projects as a priority, she joined Kant’s Academy in 2018, whose main purpose is to implement the western values in Georgian society and to promote the youth.
ANA ABULASHVILI
Ana Abulashvili is the manager of international programs at Kant’s Academy. She received her M.A in Public Politics and State Governance at IvaneJavakhishvili Tbilisi State University. From 2011, she works in the sphere of NGO. From 2012 to 2016 she has worked at the National Association of Local Authorities of Georgia. Ana Abulashvili has participated in USAID, UNFPA, SCOPES and Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation projects. Despite the voracious interest in different fields, she considers that formal and non-formal education is the keystone to every domain and is vastly important to new generation. Ana is eager to provide the new generation with great opportunities in order to help them achieve their goals under the high level of competition. One of her main goals is to contribute to the development of Georgia.
TAMTA DEVDARIANI
TamtaDevdariani received her B.A in law at Ilia State University (2011). From 2017 she continued her M.A studies in the sphere of law. From 2016, Tamta has been a member of Georgian Lawyers Association and currently works as an attorney in both, private and organization sector. Tamta leads Levan Berdzenishvili’s program at Kant’s Academy. She also holds the position of Hogsmeade Summer School manager.
